I am considering doing a video tutorial series on the advantages of using einkorn, how to use it, and step-by-step recipes. Before I make such a course, I would like to gauge how much interest there is in such a course.

Yes! I would be interesting in a course! Is Einkorn suitable for celiac disease or just gluten-intolerant folk? My mother is celiac so I love finding recipes I can make for her.
ReplyDeleteI am so interested in any wisdom you could share regarding the Einkorn wheat/flour. I am having an extremely difficult time locating 'genuine' Einkorn, and there are so many deceiving explanations of product online that I find myself discouraged. I also admit that cooking and baking is my least favorite area of domestic duties, so I look forward to learning from your experiences! Abundant blessings in Christ!
