Cute pictures of my babies

My husband and Isaac were gone on a missions trip to Guyana all of last week. Peter absolutely ADORES his Daddy. He is the preferred parent, hands down (unless he's tired or hungry, then I temporarily become the favorite).

When they got back home early Sunday morning, Peter's ears perked up as he heard his dad approaching even before he could see him. He practically lunged out of my arms when Daddy came into sight. All day Sunday, he just kept leaning in for hugs from Dad. It was very precious.

After church, we all went out to Red Robin on a gift card we got for Christmas.

Yesterday at Costco, this is what my cart looked like. That's Stephen and Boaz riding along on the bottom of the cart. It's been their latest, greatest way to have fun. I don't like it because they drag their hands along the dirty floor (YUCK!), not to mention there's the danger of sticking their finger into the wheels, but I let them do it just for a few minutes until the bottom of the cart got filled with bottled water and paper products instead. We go through a lot of both each week.

Chloe loves her baby brother, and is an awesome big sister. She is always looking out for him. Peter understand this, and loves her in return. It is very sweet to watch the two together.

I am hoping to publish a post later today or tomorrow with an update on our house situation, so please check back soon.

  1. I was going to ask you this question for a while but didn't dear to. I am going to do it know. Do all your kids get along? I have 5 and there are likes and dislikes . My second is 7 and he doesn't get along with my 3rd at all sge is 4 . Agnes 4 tends to hit his little brother who is 2 and he does it back but she adores the baby. My 9 year old gets along with the 4 and 2 but not with my 7 year old. Do you have similar situations? And if yes how do you deal with it?

  2. Ach, they are so adorable - and growing so quickly! I haven't seen pictures of little Peter in quite a while, and I honestly didn't recognize him at first - I thought you were babysitting someone else's little one. Wow, he is growing!! Beautiful!

  3. Hi Steven and Zsuzsanna, I would like to ask you a few questions on your beliefs.

    - What do you believe regarding the usage of birth control?
    - What would the maximum number of children be that you wish to have on your proverbial death bed, when that day may come? 15? 20? More?
    - How do you feel of any birth methods other than natural?

  4. I just adore your family and am great full for all the wonderful biblical women in the new IFB movement and how you all stay connected because I feel very isolated where we live as far as biblical friends and churches so you and gently lead sisters are such a encouragement to me thank you for taking the time to share your life, I feel less alone in this race ❤️
