America's Mass Infanticide

The trial of abortionist Kermit Gosnell has once again shed light on the horrific and gruesome reality of infanticide as it happens every day in America's abortion clinics. The pro-murder crowd will scream and holler about how he was one of a kind, and not representative of abortionists everywhere. These videos by LiveAction.org tell a different story.

First, here is a clip of a debate on the Sean Hannity Show between Lila Rose of LiveAction.org, and abortion-supporter Tamara Holder, talking about the undercover investigations that Live Action had carried out at two late-term abortion clinics.

Ugh! Could Holder be any more loud, belligerent, and generally unbecoming in her behavior??? Why am I not shocked?

Shocking as they are, please take the time to watch the videos discussed above, in detail. Full footage of the investigations is available on the LiveAction.org website (linked in each of the headings below).

Obama's/Clinton's cute little quip of "Abortion should be safe, legal, and rare" is an oxymoron. For one, no abortion is safe for the baby. Secondly, if it is either safe, or legal, it will never be rare anymore. In order for abortion to be rare, it would either have to be illegal, or unsafe, in order to offer the necessary deterrent to make it rare. It would have been just as logical to say "abortion should be safe, legal, and always result in the birth of a living child." The first half of the sentence, and the second, will simply never add up. The easier and safer access to abortion is, the more commonplace it becomes.

And yes, I can only imagine what brought that girl into the clinic at 16 herself...

Investigation #2 - Washington, D.C.

This man is a monster. Words fail me to describe just how despicable of a human being he is. God has a place in the lowest hell reserved for him.

Basically, his method is to strangle the baby by severing the umbilical cord, which means he is cutting off the oxygen to the baby, and then delivering it in one piece - albeit dead. He compares this to denying care to a terminally ill cancer patient at the hospital.

Florida Planned Parenthood

During a hearing on a Florida state bill that would mandate that an abortion survivor be given emergency life-saving care, Planned Parenthood representative and lobbyist Alisa LaPolt Snow testified that her organization, Florida Alliance of Planned Parenthood Affiliates, endorses infanticide as a “decision … left up to the woman, her family, and the physician.”

Pennsylvania: Gosnell House of Horrors

Truly, God will judge our wicked nation for allowing the murder of these innocent babies. We MUST spread this information, so that those faced with a situation where they might consider abortion, will reconsider, in spite of being encouraged by society, school, death care providers, and everyone else to snuff out the life of their innocent child with the excuse of it being "legal." Everything that is legal is not right, and just because something is illegal, does not mean it really is wrong. God is the ultimate judge, and these wicked people will answer to Him one day.

The only thing the abortion crowd gets right is that there is zero difference between murdering a child inside the mother's womb, or outside. No difference whether you snip the spinal cord, strangle, dismember, and/or poison the child a few inches on either side of the mother's cervix. It's all murder. The conclusion ought not be that we might as well allow infanticide up to, and even past, the point of birth, but that rather all life should be protected from the moment it is created, which is conception.

  1. Hi Zsuzanna,

I have followed your blog for quite awhile (years probably), mostly for your anecdotes of the kids and cooking/domestic tips. That said, I do differ with you 100% on religious and political beliefs. This isn't an attempt to instigate anything- I just wanted you to know where I'm coming from, and that I really am just curious as to your response to the following scenarios.

I am ambivalent about abortion, mostly from a practical/overpopulation standpoint, which I know is something you do not subscribe to. In my case, I view abortion as a preservation of resources. My biggest problem with the pro-life standpoint is that it doesn't seem to have enough long term thinking built into it. iIt's wonderfully noble to want to save the life of every unborn baby, but I feel like a pro-life supporter just stops there. Once the kid is born, there's no thought to providing for the emotional and physical needs that a living child will now require. One human being is a significant investment of resources, and an unwanted child often knows and suffers the ramifications of that.

Isn't it kinder to prevent that- to prevent a child growing up to feel bitter, unloved and resentful? The flip side of this is, since you want to save every baby, are you then willing to take on the burden of raising and caring for them when their own mother wouldn't?

Additionally, I know your standpoint on homosexuality. I would assume that by advocating for every life to be saved you are acknowledging that some of these babies will grow up to lead lives you consider distasteful. What are your feelings on this? I guess I just want to know which of the two principles would win out when it comes down to it?

And finally, what are your views about children born out of wedlock? Would you rather a child be born to a single mother than aborted? Which do you view as a bigger sin, and do you consider it possible for things like extramarital sex to be forgivable?

I'm sorry for the length of my comment, and again I want to reiterate it's not my intention to put you on the defensive. I just wondered how it all fit together in your belief system is all. Thank you for taking the time to read and (possibly) respond.

    1. Kelly- there are millions of couples waiting to adopt, all these babies could have a nice loving home. Also the baby could be given to the foster care system which would put it right up for adoption and they have a list a mile long of couples that would take even handicapped and premee babies. Recently there was a premee baby with all sorts of medical problems that the foster care sytem listed trying to find a home. They got 100's of responses of people willing to take that baby within 24 hours and she was placed right away with a couple. There are plenty of people willing to take care of all these babies who are being murdered. God made this earth and he makes life. He is capable of taking care of what he makes. I have a big enough God I don't worry about there not being enough resources. That is just stupid. I don't have time to go into all of it but it is all just a scam, global warming, all of it. Overpopulation is such a stupid myth. Only idiots can really believe that garbage. It's made up by evil people wanting to reduce the population so they have less people to control. But I guess if you don't believe in God and you think we came form some explosion or nothing then you will believe that garbage too. So would you be for population reduction if it meant you didn't get to live? Should your mother have killed you to "save the earth"? If not, then why do you get to decided who lives and who dies? There wouldn't be so many of these babies out of wedlock if our society was more moral like it used to be. This whole "problem" comes from people like you who don't believe in God or teaching his principals. So you have people acting like animal's (which is what they are taught there are according to evolution) and they have no morals and will think it's fine to get pregnant out of wedlock. When 90% Bible was being taught in schools and we had a moral society, we didn't have women sleeping around and getting pregnant as we do today. It used to be a rare thing. Two wrongs doesn't make a right. Just because they have a baby out of wedlock it doesn't help to kill that child and have murder on top of that! Our world is just evil that we have gotten this far to where killing our own flesh and blood, our own child is okay and we should to reduce the population. So then you must think nothing is wrong with what happened at sandy hook right? Isn't it good all those kids are dead, less people taking up resources right. Why is that so horrible but it would have been fine to kill them 6 years earlier? Why is something that has a full DNA, heartbeat and can move and feel not a life? Why do we pronounce some when dead when there heart stops? Because if something has a heartbeat it is alive! Abortion is murder. Just because they are inside the womb doesn't change that.

    2. Thank you for clarifying your perspective on resources/overpopulation. I wasn't sure how it could be explained in a religious framework but your response makes sense within the context of your beliefs.

I have no doubt that there are many couples willing to adopt - just as I have no doubt that there are children neurologically devastated at the hands of their biological parents who have zero quality of life and in all honesty may have been better off not being born than to live in a vegetative state.

That said, I obviously don't have any say over who lives and who dies. Nor should I. And I will take care of and love all children (whether they're orphaned, abused, or able-bodied) because I am a nurse and that's what I do and what I love to do. But I do think I should have a say over whether I have children or not, and I suppose that's all I'm really saying - that I should (and do) respect your right to live according to your beliefs, and should be afforded the right to live by my own.

And one last question, that I didn't really state as clearly as I wanted in my initial post: how do you feel about the fact that some of these babies whose lives you are championing will grow up to be homosexuals? If there was a way of knowing which babies would indeed grow up to be gay, would you be as willing to save them?

Again thank you for responding...I really do appreciate getting the insight on your beliefs.

    3. Anonymous at 6:47 - Have you ever been a foster parent? I have and it is not the sunshine and roses you describe. Yes, there are people willing to take babies, especially white healthy babies (but that is an entirely different rant). But I can think of 25 children off the top of my head that entered the foster care system as infants and were still in the system when there were approaching their 5th birthday. The foster care system is extremely overcrowded, especially with older children that have been languishing in the system for YEARS. Where are their parents and their happy ending. Some of the children (even infants) are in the system because of horrific abuse, this is not something that is easily overcome. I have fostered children that were the result of incest, I have fostered children that were extremely cruel to little animals because of the tortured they experienced, I have fostered children that were affected by drug abuse. One little boy we had because the foster parent that took in his sisters didn't want a little boy around. He asked about his sisters every single day, sometimes multiple times and simply couldn't understand why he didn't get to live with them. You tell me how wonderful the foster care system is and how many wonderful people are out there willing to adopt when you look into the eyes of a 3 year old who wants to know why he can't live with his "mommy" anymore. His "mommy" who was actually his foster mother who kept him in his room all day trying to prove he was special needs so she could get more money. This child did not know how to play with anything but his little cars, did not know that he could leave his room when he woke up, did not know how to climb a slide, swing in a swing, didn't know he should hold your hand in a parking lot or how to walk beside you in the grocery store. Being a foster parent is heartbreaking and is not for the faint hearted. Foster care is not the answer for unwanted children, abortion really isn't the answer either. When you come up with one, you let me know. Up until such a time, I would rather that child go right back into the hands of God then spend time on this earth being neglected, tortured, and unwanted.

    4. Yes I have done foster care for a long time, I have adopted. These children still deserve a life rather than to be murdered. I know adults that grew up in the foster care system and have a great life and are glad they are here. They did not wish they were murdered just because their life wasn't easy. Here is a good idea all the money put into abortions, put into helping mothers take care of their children! No mater what your prospective on their life is doesn't mean it's okay to kill them! How brainwashed do you people get??? Yes you do have a choice to have kids or not. Your choice is to have sex or not or use protection. Children are a result of that action. Most people aren't so stupid to not know that. That is your choice. If you have an abortion or think it is okay then yes you are deciding who is living and dying. Your view is not constant. If overpopulation is a problem than aren't you happy about sandy hook? Why do their lives count more than the babies being killed?? You can't seem to answer that. You do not love children if you think it's okay to pull them apart limb by limb and poison them. Why is that not okay the second they are born or born to a family who wanted them? So if a child was wanted then their home life goes bad later on should we kill them so they never have to live a horrible life? Should we go through poor areas and kill all the kids so they can not suffer? That is why you are saying it's okay to kill these babies? So every baby that is aborted would have a awful life? I don't think so. Also like I said the moral decay of this country is why so many are getting pregnant anyway. How about teaching Bible in the schools like we used too? It worked back then. When people had most the beliefs that you read on this blog and think are so stupid. That is how most people used to believe 80-100 years ago and we didn't have these mass abortion rates. I don't understand how anyone can defend murdering of babies, this world is so evil. You people are trash if you are defending any of this! How can you watch the videos above and defend that trash and what they are doing?

      Delete
    5. First of all I didn't watch the videos. Second of all, nowhere in my post did I defend any of what those people in those videos were doing because I didn't watch the videos, just read Zsu's verbiage. Third of all, I was simply disputing your roses and sunshine view of foster care and the way you made it sound like there is a good and loving home out there for every single child that is currently in the system. That is not true. We have 20,000 children available for adoption through the foster care system in our state. We got into foster care to adopt a little boy that we fell in love with that attended my sons daycare. He was 10 months old when we applied to adopt him, they finally relinquished his mother's parental rights when he was 5 and then sent him to live with an aunt he did not know and did not really want him. The system is broken. In an ideal world every child would be loved and wanted.

    6. I didn't realize the Sandy Hook question was so important, as it seemed obvious, but I'll answer it. No, I'm not rejoicing at the idea of children getting killed. Since you view fetuses as being just as alive as 6 year olds, I understand how it seems hypocritical to you. It must seem as though I'm saying these groups are the same and yet killing one group is okay and one is not.

To ME, however, these groups are not the same. I don't think that fetuses who do not have the basic anatomy for survival outside of their mother can be considered alive. To ME, that is not the same as a 6 year old who has begun to develop morals and belief systems and is conscious and able to breathe and procure some basic sustenance. I am sad when any living creature dies at the hands of cruelty, regardless of overpopulation. Once a kid is here, we should provide for it, totally. But fetuses aren't here yet. They sometimes don't get here because of miscarriages, which is really only a natural abortion. I understand you view it as killing, but since I don't view a fetus as alive there is nothing to kill and it is, at best, an insensible loss.

As far as the whole "should we have killed children because they had a hard life" thing....I think we're also confused on that. When I say hard life, I mean a parent who is a heroin addict whose child is born addicted, still gets to go home with those parents, and lives around syringes for 2+ years before the system finally intervenes. Or a typically developing baby who gets THROWN AGAINST A WALL at 3 months old and will be completely vegetative forever as a result. Would you really rather a child be alive and subjected to that than taken home to be with your Creator?

My purpose in commenting here was to see how all the pieces of your beliefs fit together. It seems as a part of your world view it is mandatory to see me as cold, cruel and heartless. I accept that, just as I accept that our beliefs are fundamentally and irreconcilably different. I hope one day you will find peace rather than anger in those differences. Thank you for all your responses.

    7. I guess that is the problem you are going by what you think I am going by what God thinks. God created all of us even you. If you decide to believe that or not, it doesn't matter it's fact. Keep believing we came from dust that blew up if you want, I believe in something bigger and true. What is the difference of a baby being thrown into a wall at 3 months or torn apart limb by limb and poisoned when they are in the womb and are a fully developed baby who can survive outside the womb? The NICI is full of babies born early that can survive, so your theory of they can't survive outside the womb so they aren't a life is stupid. Why do they have a heart beat? fingerprints? Full dna, everything you have but for some reason you think it is okay to kill them. How are they not a life? Your view doesn't make sense. But I guess people that believe the garbage you do are not very smart in the first place and can't see how stupid your argument is. Defending this scum makes you no better than them.

    8. Also about the foster care thing. If all these women would give up their baby when the baby is born yes there would be plenty of people willing to adopt them Not as many people want to adopt a 10 year old, and yes the system is broken, it takes kids away that shouldn't be and that is wrong too. But just because the foster care system is broken doesn't mean millions of baby's deserve to die every year. That is just stupid and if you are defending it, then yes you are scum. Just because their life will not be like you think it should doesn't mean they would rather have not been born. Why are people so brainwashed, where did this sick thinking come from!???

  3. So incredibly heartwrenching. I have been following the Kermit Gosnell story since day one and am sickened by what took place behind his "clinic's" doors...wow.

  4. Do you think that if abortion were made illegal across the board, it would prevent some people from having sex outside of marriage to prevent unplanned pregnancy? Do you think it would make people who don't want to get pregnant more careful about using some form of birth control?

  5. Wow I just couldn't finish the video of them talking about how they do an abortion. That is just horrible. This verse seems to describe them pretty well. Rom 1:31 Without understanding, covenantbreakers, WITHOUT NATURAL AFFECTION implacable,UNMERCIFUL: Tamra and these abortion doctors don't seem to have any natural affection at all. How did people become this brainwashed? How did this ever become legal? To kill your own child? I can't believe she compared it to gun rights! The whole point of abortion is to kill the baby, so because someone didn't kill the baby the right way it's wrong, but it is okay to kill it another way. Really? They don't get how stupid that is? People druged up or set up by our government are the ones behind the mass shootings. That is just not even comparable. So happy I am a saved and didn't ever get brainwashed and become like this scum. I just can't even think of a name strong enough for this just absolute scum.

  6. With millions of couple's waiting to adopt even children with special needs, there is NO excuse they can give for abortion. At least those babies are safe with God now. Their blood will surely be on those peoples hand.

  7. Thank you for sharing. People need to know this.I can not fathom all that goes on in the abortion industry, every single day, I honestly can not even think about it. Gosnell is not a man, he is a monster; a sick, perverted, piece of garbage. Eternally he will reap what he has sewn, straight into the pit of hell. His screaming pain will not be quenched, and I am at least thankful that those babies are with the Lord, and out of their misery. I am so angry and sick of all this garbage. God help us. This country is sliding down a slippery slope faster than I ever could have imagined.

  8. When I read about Gosnell, I became sick to my stomach. He is a monster!! There used to be a man in my town that performed abortions up to 36 weeks. SICK, right?! He was an OB/GYN that hated midwives and tried to run them out of town. He's dead now, I'm sure in hell too.

  9. Too sick for words. And, Stephanie, you are right, making it illegal will not make it rare, we are a nation of lawbreakers (lawlessness in the last days). It's just that making it illegal would be at least confessing that we do not approve, which is better than confessing that we do approve. But, no, I don't think anything will stop it, really. I just pray God will forgive our country (that is, draw it to repentance so that it can be cleansed and forgiven). Thank you for the post, Zsuzsanna. -- Ellie Rae

  10. monster doesn't even begin to describe that "doctor"
I hesitate to call him that because he is most definitely violating the oath he took to "first do no harm"
Abortion should again be illegal and a prosecuted offense with time in prison for murder both on the part of the practitioner who does the butchering and the mother who allows it.

  13. This subject is one I have become even more passionate about since the birth of my daughter last July. I was holding her in my lap the other night and glanced at my FaceBook feed on my computer. Someone had posted a diagram of how a Dilation and evacuation of a 23 week baby is performed. I was immediately ill. This beautiful baby on my lap was born at 23 weeks gestation. She is now a fat, happy, perfect 18lb 9 month old. When she was born she was capable of feeling pain, she could react to stimulus, Before she was intubated she cried out 3 times. I am sorry but NO one will ever convince me that she was not any more of a child while she was in my stomach than in the isolette. No one will ever convince me that my daughters life only had value because I wanted her. Abortion is murder, plain and simple.

  16. I am confused. You state that posts must be "kindly worded" and the first poster certainly did that, though she has a different opinion. Yet she was called stupid, evil scum with no morals by the second poster. How in the world is that considered "kindly worded"? That is the most un-Christlike thing I have read in a long time. I am a Christian, and the reason our young people, and adults alike are leaving the Church in droves is because many Christians are unwilling to listen to other's questions and doubts, and help them grow stronger in their faith. Instead, they use shame and guilt and fear, and in this case, insults, to try and prove their points. People who are trying to find their spiritual footing or who are simply looking to understand our faith do not need to be attacked. Please go back and read the red letters in your bible, anonymous 6:47...definitely NOT what Jesus would do.
