Case thrown out!!!

I just got a call from my husband. At the hearing today, the case against him was thrown out with prejudice. This means there will not be a trial tomorrow, and he is not guilty of the two traffic-related misdemeanors he was accused of. More details soon.

Thank you to all who prayed!

  1. Fantastic news! You must all be so very happy. But, what a waste of time (yours and theirs) and tax-payer dollars.

  3. Well I'll be... there is truth and justice afterall! Way to go Anderson family! Everyone knew the truth! I'm sure having the whole thing videotaped helped out. Very smart. Imagine all the people who dont have a camera at the right time and get convicted.

Somewhere I read 1 in 133 Americans are in prison today. That is closing in on 1% of the population. What kind of world do we live in??

Congrats and many blessings! Merry Christmas!

  5. I feel like we are in America's 2nd Revolution and it will be going in slow motion. Those that would take over our nation know not to bring a frontal attack. It will be one of endurance - of loading up and wearing down the people. Evil is seeking to seep in all the time. Thank you for contending for liberty on your own ground!
    Abraham Lincoln said...

"Let every American, every lover of liberty, every well-wisher to his posterity, swear by the blood of the Revolution, never to violate in the least particular, the laws of the country and never to tolerate their violation by others.”

  7. I'm very happy to hear the news. I'm glad that justice went the right way and now you and your happy family can move on. Pastor Anderson is the reason why I support the 4th Amendment as I do.

  11. Glory to God. I am soooo happy for all of you guys. I know this case has wasted a lot of time and money for your family, but I just wanted to say thank you to you and your husband for standing up for your rights. We need more men in this country that are willing to take a stand and we need more women who are as supportive of their husbands as you are. May God continue to bless you. Praise the Lord.

  17. Good news! Is this the end of it? Or, will you pursue damages for battery, false arrest, and/or denial of civil rights under color of law?

At this point, the perpetrators have seen no punishment, which might prevent this from happening again.

  18. Thank you Mr. Anderson and much appreciation to your supportive wife and kids!

Stephen, I would like to offer my sincerest gratitude to you for the mental trauma, and physical pain you suffered, so that the rest of us might not live under the heel of tyranny.

You are a Patriot and true American Hero!

  22. I am happy that you are OK. You are not the first or the last to be a victim. This wouldn't have happened in your fathers day but it could be common in your g/childrens day. Check out YOUTUBE.com 'Tim Turner interview' and AmericaCanBeFree.com
so you can protect your family and your friends. Someone has got to lead. GOD bless

  23. I have been watching this dreadful saga of brutality against you and I have come to the conclusion that what happened to you was indicative of the growing fascism in America.

BUT God was watching the whole time and I believe you have been used mightily by our Lord God Almighty (El Shaddai) to show the world what is happening in America. You went through pain, abuse and a trial --- so did Paul (Sha'ul).

Please consider yourself wonderfully blessed to be chosen to do God's work in these last days before our Lord of lords and King of kings returns. Maranatha !

Bless you and your lovely family and long may you continue Yahweh's work in declaring salvation in the precious glorious name of Yeshua.

  24. How about an update on your civil suit against them?

The only difference between our cops and the nazi cops...is the orders. As you can see...they will follow whatever written orders they are directed to enforce.

  25. I know that a lot of people can't talk about pending suits. I hope that is what is going on. I was hoping that you would file suit and seek damages for what the government did to you.

Justice means that every man gets his due. Proper justice would mean that you guys are compensated VERY well from the government.

  26. Gary Wallace,

This isn't anything new. It was going on in our father's time and all the way back to the beginning of this nation's history. The only thing that has changed is WHO it's happening to. Now, it's not just Black people fighting for their civil rights. Now it's not just Native Americans trying to live out their lives on their own land. Unfortunately Pastor Martin Niemöller was right and no one learned from the lesson he tried to teach.

In Germany they first came for the Communists,
    and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Communist.

Then they came for the Jews,
    and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Jew.

Then they came for the trade unionists,
    and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a trade unionist.

Then they came for the Catholics,
and I didn't speak up because I was a Protestant.

Then they came for me —
and by that time no one was left to speak up.
