Update on legal case

Just a quick update: A hearing has been scheduled for Aug. 5 regarding our attorney's petition to dismiss the charges against my husband. His arguments were very good, logical, and in line with the law. After the judge that had been assigned to the case back in April received the written petition, she recused herself from the case, and it has since been passed to the presiding judge of the court in Wellton, AZ. If the charges are not dismissed after the hearing, the day for the trial has been set for Aug. 25th. Your prayers in this matter are much appreciated.

  3. Pastor Steve and Susan,

We will continue to pray for you, your family and church. May God bless the judge that will hear the case to have a sovereign heart and sound mind and may Mark present the case with absolute clarity and passion, and may the court have an overwhelming compulsion to dismiss these hideous charges.

    Happy belated birthday!

  4. i like the youtube update where you indicate you will then be going on the offensive. about time we-the-people started taking charge and kicking some butt. last time i checked when lucifer tried to take over the throne, the rest of the angels didn't just sit around and yawn and let it all happen, they kicked lucifer's butt right on out of there. seems like a good precedence. we need to take a stand for justice. so go kick their butts when it's all over and see if you can run out that bonehead prosecutor too.
