Calling all Faithful Word Baptist Church listeners

Apparently, someone who listens to all of my husband's sermons via the internet has started a group for "Faithful Word Baptist Church Listeners". I was sent an invitation to join the group, which is still just getting established. Off to the right, just below the family picture and the profile, you can follow the link to join this group.

Each month, the sermons get downloaded in excess of 15,000 times (including iTunes). We also receive several e-mails on a daily basis from people who listen to the sermons. So we know that there are many listeners from all over the world. If you are interested in getting to know some of them, and finding people who believe like you do, please consider joining this group.

  1. Zsuzsanna,

I have listened to your husband's sermons and really liked listening, but, my husband heard part of one, and told me he worries when I listen to people like him, hubby thinks your hubby is way off on some of his theology. I know better though. I no longer listen because my husband doesn't like for me to, and I miss listening. I have thought about listening while he is at work.

By the way, we go to an Anglican church.

    1. Rose:

Perhaps your husband objects to you listening b/c Pastor Anderson teaches from the KJB: the Word of God. I wonder if your hubby chose the Anglican denomination & you attend to appease him? I ask because Anglican/Episcopal denomination is nothing more than Catholicism....a false religion that teaches works over grace which can never save. Truth and Error can never mix, they are like oil and water. I pray that you allow the Holy Spirit to lead you/your husband to truth. I do not wish to offend you, I tell you these things only out of love & genuine concern.

"Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity." ~Matthew 7:22-23

    2. Hi Rose,

You are doing the right thing by obeying your husband. Just remember that even if your husband leads in the wrong direction, God Almighty will not hold you accountable. Just maintain your belief on the Lord Jesus Christ and don't fall for any Anglican antics!

I do know how you feel because I do listen to Steven's Sermons as well but I keep it to a minimum because my wife is a devout Mormon which causes great conflicts in the home for me. Steven does share some great biblical sermons and on most things is bang on. But don't just substitute any sermon from actually reading through the scriptures (KJV) yourself. Always, compare someone's sermon to the scriptures!

  2. I've been listening to your husband's sermons regularly since around halloween when I found his 'The Sin of Halloween' one and have been going back thru the past sermons and Bible studies as well. They've been a tremendous help in the Christian life of both me and my fiance. She's stopped wearing pants, I've committed to working as much as possible so she never has to and we're both TRYING to cut out television. I'm on the east coast, if only your church was closer!

  3. How wonderful. I most certainly will join the group as I am a regular listener.

    God Bless,

  4. Did you get my comment from yesterday morning?

    ~ Jasmine

    I hope I didn't offend you. :(

  5. No, I didn't. There must be issues with the comments on blogger sometimes because other people have thought that I deleted their comment when I never received it.

  6. Does Faithful Word actively participate in prison or nursing homes ministries? If not, why?

  7. Hello, my name is Reyes, and I just want to say your husband is the only Pastor I listen to. I'm sure there are others but in Tucson I haven't found any Independant Baptist Church so I don't attend services. I won't go to a church who doesn't preach the bible correctly. I just want to say God bless Faithful Word Baptist Church!

  8. I would like to hear a sermon on these false beliefs like New Age, Extraterrestrials, Ghost and Wicca. These are beliefs that confuse people and lead them to Hell. Pastor Anderson, the one that really lands people in Hell is believing in aliens. I wouldn't even say there isn't any proof because right off the bat I wouldn't give it any thought due to the demonic supernatural experiences people have with these devils posing as beings from other worlds that just happen to have god like powers. It's disgusting that people could believe in little green men and not the God of the bible. I could go on and on but real Christians know how to discern from the evils of the world.

Your KINDLY WORDED, constructive comments are welcome, whether or not they express a differing opinion. All others will be deleted without second thought.
